I’ve been training with Victorious Coaching for over 2 years now. Personal coaching sessions varying from 3-5 times a week to training by myself with an individual plan and coaching from a distance. Recently I started joining the small group lady workouts at Sharkys Gym at 6 AM. The group dynamic is really motivating and there is always a professional around keeping an eye on your techniques and to ask questions to. I love how the training-/ mealplans are always adjusted to you’re individual goals. Head coach Surbjit really drilled me with all the right techniques those 2 years. He really motivates you to work hard and be persistent. With as a result not only a great body transformation but I also gained a lot of selfconfidence in and outside the gym.
